BLU: MUTO
We came across this unique artist a couple years back. We understand the difficulty in creating animation frame by frame on sheets of paper at 15 to 30 sheets per second of animation. But when your canvas is over several blocks on walls, streets, and buildings, with changing weather conditions, unpredictable variables, and just the sheer time necessary to achieve such drawings, well we figure this artist deserves our humble honor as first featured artist.
